My Etsy shop is now closed.
I am not planning on opening up another shop, but will be updating this site in the coming months to include several basic recipes for coconut, palm & nut free soaps & products. -I’m so excited to share a few of these recipes with you!!
These will not be fancy posts with lots beautiful pictures. Fortunately, when it comes to soap making, there are plenty of others who do have beautiful pictures and instructions to follow (yay!). I hope to update with more pictures in the coming months as I add more recipes… but for now, please consider these posts a work in progress… made in the early morning hours before my kids get up and need all the things parenting and homeschooling :). Right now I am trying to slowly get all the information from swimming around in my head into some hopefully useable information for you, and figure that getting it out sooner than later is best- Thank you for your patience! -I truly hope to empower many in the allergy community to be able to create safe products for themselves.
This blog is not monetized, and I am doing this as a gift to the coconut/tree nut allergy community on my own time. If you feel compelled to give back, please do so in the form of a donation to: Kona Kids Foundation http://www.konakids.org – This is my sister’s foundation and she is doing AMAZING work for a very much left behind community of kids. 100% of your money goes to these kids. It was her severe coconut & tree allergies that started my journey into coconut & tree nut free soap making, the reason I started my Etsy shop to get those products to others, and the reason (along with meeting the many wonderful people with allergies who are still not served by the beauty industry) I am spending the time on this blog now. When I had my shop, I donated 10% of my gross profits to Kona Kids… and your donations would continue that thank you to her in a form that truly benefits the world. Thank you!!
